Human Resources partners with employees and management in the successful implementation of the following functions: employee relations, personnel policy development and enforcement, recruitment, employee development, benefit programs, risk management, civil service, and other related areas.

The Human Resources Director also functions as the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, Civil Service Director and Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator.
